Refund & Cancellation Policy
Cancel whenever you like. This page explains what happens to the current period and any credits left in it.

Cancelling
Cancel from Settings. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, then stops renewing.
Refunds
Placeholder — the refund window and eligibility rules go here after legal review. Statutory cooling-off rights, where they apply, are unaffected.
Credits
Unused credits are tied to the billing period and do not roll over or refund on cancellation.
The trial
The 7-day trial runs once per account. Cancel before it ends and you are not charged.
Yearly plans
Placeholder — pro-rata treatment of annual plans to be confirmed.
Failed payments
If a payment fails we retry, and generation pauses until it clears. Your projects stay where they are.
