Terms of Service

The short version: use Voltage to make and publish your own videos, keep the rights to what you upload, and do not use it to break the law or other people’s rights.

Wireframe placeholder. This page shows the structure and section headings only. The final wording must be reviewed by a qualified lawyer before Voltage launches.

Who can use Voltage

An active paid plan or a running trial is required. There is no permanent free plan. You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live.

Your account

Keep your login details to yourself. Anything created or posted from your account is treated as yours.

What you make

Your projects and finished videos stay yours. You grant Voltage the permissions needed to store, process, render and — when you ask — publish them.

Library clips

Clips supplied by Voltage are licensed for use inside videos you create here. You may not resell or redistribute them on their own.

Content you add

Anything you upload or import must be yours or something you have permission to use. That responsibility sits with you. See the Copyright & Third-Party Content Policy.

Credits and billing

Credits are consumed by generated clips and auto captions. Manual editing, timeline controls, exports and posting do not cost credits. Unused credits do not roll over.

Acceptable use

The Community & Acceptable Use Guidelines form part of these terms.

Suspension

Accounts that repeatedly infringe copyright or breach the guidelines can be suspended.

Ending the agreement

Cancel or delete your account at any time from Settings. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for what happens to the current billing period.

Changes

If these terms change materially we will tell you before the change takes effect.
